Amber leads Trinity’s land acquisition strategy, seller relationships, and investor engagement. She serves as the firm’s primary interface with capital partners, bringing extensive experience in site selection, transaction structuring, and relationship-driven execution. Her ability to source opportunities and align stakeholders is central to Trinity’s acquisition-first development strategy.

Tyler Ring
Founding Partner — Development & Infrastructure Execution
Tyler oversees engineering, infrastructure coordination, and development execution. He is the Managing Principal of Tennessee Contractors, Inc., a site development firm founded in 1995. His experience spans grading, utilities, stormwater systems, and complex infrastructure delivery, providing Trinity with in-house execution expertise.

Founding Partner — Strategy, Structuring & Oversight
Nelson provides strategic oversight across acquisitions, development structuring, and capital execution. With experience dating back to 1983, his background includes land acquisition, development, land banking, and structured transactions across multiple market cycles.
